What is..?

-Electricity

Electricity is energy from charged particles, such as electrons or protons. It powers devices and systems and is a big part of nature.

-Electrons

Electrons are tiny particles with a negative charge. They are a fundamental part of matter and play a big role in processes.

-Electric Current

Electric current is the flow of electric charge through a conductor. It’s the movement of electrons through a closed circuit

-Voltage

Voltage is what makes electricity flow in a circuit. It’s measured in volts.

Purerehua is a traditional Maori musical instrument, traditionally purerehua is made from bone, wood and stone. People use it for many different meanings, a purerehua twists and rotates creating longitudinal sound waves, more energy is put in with it while using it, and the faster it passes through that energy, however, the opposite happens as well.           

My design relates to the wooden carved ones, I drew my designs in red.

When spinning you hear a whirring sound, you can use more energy and hear more whirrs; if you do it slower you will hear smoother slower ones.

If the amplitude and speed have more energy it will go faster, but if you don’t give it that much energy it will have smaller longitudinal waves
